Neep End Cottage is set amid the hills and glens of Glen Rinnes approx 2 1/2 miles from Dufftown in beautiful Speyside (Whisky capital of Scotland).

The self catering cottage accommodation which is all on one level consists of a large lounge with stunning views over open countryside and a chance of sightings of local wildlife including Red Deer and Buzzards. The lounge has a television, DVD player and a stereo.

The well equipped kitchen/dining room has seating for 6 people and also has a washing machine.

There are two large double bedrooms both with built-in wardrobes and a twin bedded room with chest of drawers and bedside table.

There are cots and mattresses available if requested but you need to supply your own bedding for these.

The bathroom has a bath, washbasin WC and separate shower cubicle. The cottage also benefits from a separate WC cloakroom.

The patio area gives fabulous views of the surrounding hills and down the glen and is ideal for having a  BBQ (weather permitting).

As the cottage is all on one level it is suitable for people with limited mobility.

Maximum of 2 dogs allowed but an additional charge is made.

Central Heating and Hot Water are included in the cost.  Electricity is by £1 slot meter.

There is a strict no smoking policy  within the cottage
