The Byre Cottage is set amid the hills and glens of Glen Rinnes approx 2 1/2 miles from Dufftown in beautiful Speyside.

The self catering cottage accommodation which is all on one level consists of a large lounge with stunning views over open countryside and a chance of sightings of local wildlife including Red Deer and Buzzards. The lounge has a television with basic Sky package and a sofa bed.

The well equipped kitchen/dining room has seating for 6 people and also has a washing machine and microwave.

There are two bedrooms , 1 x double and 1 x family bedroom both with built-in wardrobes.

There are cots and mattresses available if requested but you need to supply your own bedding for these.

The bathroom has a shower over bath, washbasin WC . The cottage also benefits from a separate WC cloakroom.

The patio area gives fabulous views of the surrounding hills and down the glen and is ideal for having a  BBQ (weather permitting).

As the cottage is all on one level it is suitable for people with limited mobility.

Maximum of 2 dogs allowed but an additional charge is made. (£10.00 deposit per pet required in advance but this is refundable on departure if no damage has been done).

All linen and towels included.

Central Heating, Electricity and Hot Water are included in the cost. 

There is a strict no smoking policy  within the cottage
